1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

• Geographic Restrictions: While neko99 primarily serves Indonesian players and supports Indonesian banking methods (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your place of residence.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Residents of jurisdictions that have explicitly banned online gambling, including but not limited to certain countries with strict gambling prohibitions, are not permitted to register or use the platform. If you relocate to a prohibited jurisdiction after creating an account, you must notify neko99 immediately and cease using the platform.
• Account Limitation: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created to circumvent restrictions or abuse bonuses are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To register an account on neko99, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred banking details. All information provided must match the details on your government-issued identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

neko99 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As such, all users are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and residential address).
• In certain cases, a selfie photograph holding your ID document may be requested to verify identity authenticity.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first deposit may result in account suspension until verification is completed. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 for most methods, with some banks requiring a minimum of Rp 50,000 (CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon). There are no deposit fees imposed by neko99, though your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees.

Deposits are generally processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes. In rare cases of technical delays, deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect. If your deposit does not appear within 24 hours, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not registered to you) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. Depositing with stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or laundered funds is illegal and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 100,000,000, with higher limits available for VIP members.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:

Withdrawals requested outside business hours, on weekends, or during Indonesian public holidays (Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Chinese New Year, Indonesian Independence Day, Christmas, etc.) will be processed on the next business day. neko99 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank may impose receiving fees.

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager your deposited amount at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawing. Deposits made without claiming a bonus can be withdrawn after 1x playthrough. Deposits made with an active bonus must complete the bonus wagering requirements before withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

neko99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are clearly displayed at the time of claiming. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) that must be met before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are stated clearly in the bonus terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before withdrawal. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering:

• Slots: 100% contribution (every Rp 1,000 wagered counts as Rp 1,000 toward requirements).
• Table Games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 10-20% contribution.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

Exceeding the maximum bet while a bonus is active forfeits the bonus and all associated winnings. You may hold only one active bonus at a time. Withdrawing funds before completing wagering requirements forfeits the bonus and any winnings derived from it. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempts to abuse or manipulate bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, or employing any fraudulent methods to gain unfair advantage, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, confiscation of winnings, and permanent account termination. neko99 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if bonus abuse is detected.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games on the neko99 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined purely by chance and mathematical probability. neko99 does not manipulate game results, alter odds, or favor any player. Sports betting odds are determined by market conditions and reflect real-time sports event probabilities.

Collusion with other players, match-fixing involvement, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities will result in account termination and confiscation of funds.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the neko99 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered to other individuals.
• Depositing funds from third-party accounts, stolen payment methods, or illicit sources.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Employing cheating methods, bots, automated systems, or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or deceptive practices.
• Engaging in abusive behavior toward other players or customer support staff.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

neko99 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Technical issues, server downtime, network failures, or force majeure events may temporarily disrupt service.

neko99 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, interruption of service, or errors in game results. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use and close your account.

neko99 is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party payment processor failures, banking delays, internet connectivity issues on your end, unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure login credentials, or your violation of these terms. You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk, and you participate voluntarily at your own risk.

In the event of disputes regarding game outcomes, neko99's decision based on server records and game logs is final and binding. We make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly, but our determination is conclusive.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Termination

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to completion of wagering requirements and KYC verification). Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened.
